This policy explains what information nicholasquenzer.com (“the site”), operated by Nicholas Quenzer, a broker associate with Compass, collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you submit a contact, showing or valuation form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, market of interest and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to provide real estate services you request. It is delivered by email to Nicholas Quenzer and may be stored in his Compass account and email records.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites, to understand aggregate traffic. Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to distinguish people from automated spam.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services you choose to interact with — such as a YouTube video or links to compass.com, Google Maps or social networks — are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with Compass as Nicholas’s brokerage, with service providers who host or deliver the site and email, or when required by law. If you ask to be connected with a lender, inspector or other professional, we will share only what is needed for that introduction, with your permission.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to stop receiving communications, email nicholas.quenzer@compass.com.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
