Meet Nicholas
Educated in Tempe. Established in Denver. Now working both.
Nicholas Quenzer grew up in Pratt, Kansas, studied at Arizona State University and has spent more than a decade in Colorado — first as a mortgage loan originator, now as a Compass broker associate who lives in Littleton.
He is known for the way he markets property: cinematic listing video, drone footage and photography he often directs himself. Pair that with a lender’s eye for financing and a remodeler’s sense of what a house could become, and clients get advice that covers the whole transaction, not just the list price.
With a Compass office in Old Town Scottsdale alongside his Denver practice, Nicholas now represents clients in both markets — including Colorado owners adding a home in the Valley, and buyers moving between the two.
