Living in Scottsdale
Scottsdale is long and narrow, and its character changes as you travel north. Old Town — where Nicholas’s Compass office sits on Marshall Way in the arts district — offers galleries, Fifth Avenue shops, Scottsdale Stadium and some of the Valley’s best dining. Central Scottsdale brings established master-planned neighbourhoods and resort corridors; the north opens into golf communities and high Sonoran Desert.
Nicholas earned his degree at Arizona State University, a few miles south in Tempe, and now works the Valley alongside his Colorado practice. For buyers relocating from Colorado, or owners keeping a home in both states, that means one advisor who understands both markets.
